BarkleyREI set out to change the perception of a school that is often overlooked by prospective students. Manhattan College is a hidden gem: on the edge of NYC, in a beautiful setting, with a tremendous ROI.
It exceeded our expectations and we wanted to convey that in our website redesign.
Here’s How We Approached This Challenge
- We wanted to engage prospects with storytelling, andmake it personal. We knew the messaging had to come from students, in their own words, rather than the institution.
- We decided to focus on outcomes. Students want to be successful on campus and, even more importantly, after they graduate. We provided career paths associated with majors and minors.
- We created a separate experience for current students. Much of the information for enrolled students is not relevant to prospects; we created a portal called Inside Manhattan.
