Goucher College

The Challenge

Goucher College, located near Baltimore, is a small, private school focusing on liberal arts and sciences. It is a very unique institution, and we wanted to create a digital space as compelling and different as the on-campus experience.

Goucher challenged us to break the mold of higher education websites.

Solution

We Jumped At The Chance

  • The redesigned site encouraged interactions through imagery and video, as well as rollover and animation effects that add “delight” to the user experience.
  • We let users explore at their own pace: either Crawl, Walk, or Run. This was accomplished through global CTAs for Request Info, Visit, and Apply.
  • We took a mobile-first approach that is reflected in the flexibility of our templates, the site navigation, and also in our integration of social media.
